Albert Arnold Gore Jr., known as Al Gore, is an American politician and environmentalist who served as the 45th Vice President of the United States from 1993 to 2001. He was also a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate. Gore is recognized for his work in raising awareness about climate change and promoting environmental sustainability.
