Bobby Ray Inman is a retired United States Navy admiral who held several significant positions in the U.S. intelligence community. Inman was born on April 4, 1931, in Rhonesboro, Texas. He served as the Director of the National Security Agency (NSA) and Deputy Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
