Lou Brock was an American professional baseball player known for his exceptional speed on the basepaths. He spent the majority of his career playing for the St. Louis Cardinals and was a key player in their success during the 1960s and 1970s. Brock was a six-time All-Star and won two World Series championships with the Cardinals. He set a record for stolen bases in a season and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1985 for his outstanding career achievements.
