Bill Delahunt is an American politician who served as the U.S. Representative for Massachusetts's 10th congressional district from 1997 to 2011. He was born on July 18, 1941, in Quincy, Massachusetts. Delahunt was a member of the Democratic Party and also served as the District Attorney for Norfolk County before entering Congress. During his time in office, he focused on issues such as foreign affairs, criminal justice reform, and environmental protection. After retiring from Congress, Delahunt has been involved in various advisory roles and consulting work.
