Abby Johnson is an American anti-abortion activist who gained prominence for her work at Planned Parenthood, one of the largest providers of abortion services in the United States. She started as a volunteer escort and eventually became the director of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Texas. After witnessing an abortion procedure via ultrasound, she experienced a change of heart and left the organization to become a vocal advocate for the pro-life movement. Johnson now runs a ministry that helps abortion clinic workers transition out of the industry.
