About Patrick Roy
Patrick Roy is a former Canadian ice hockey goaltender and current head coach and vice president of hockey operations for the Colorado Avalanche of the NHL. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest goaltenders in the history of the NHL. Roy began his NHL career with the Montreal Canadiens in 1985 and quickly made a name for himself with his exceptional skills and competitiveness. Over his career, he won four Stanley Cup championships - two with the Canadiens and two with the Avalanche. Roy was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2006.
