Amanda Beard is a retired American swimmer and seven-time Olympic medalist. She made her Olympic debut in 1996 at the age of 14, becoming the second-youngest American swimmer to compete at the Olympics. Over the course of her career, Beard won a total of two gold, four silver, and one bronze medal in various swimming events.
