Andrea Barber is an American actress best known for her role as Kimmy Gibbler on the popular TV show 'Full House'. She was born on July 3, 1976, in Los Angeles, California. Barber started her acting career at a young age and gained fame for her quirky and energetic portrayal of Kimmy, the best friend of D.J. Tanner played by Candace Cameron Bure. After 'Full House', she took a break from acting to focus on her education, eventually earning a degree in English from Whittier College.
