About Andrew Taylor Still
Andrew Taylor Still (1828-1917) was an American physician who founded osteopathy, a form of alternative medicine. He believed in treating the body as a whole and emphasized the importance of the musculoskeletal system in maintaining health. Still opened the American School of Osteopathy in Missouri in 1892, which was the first osteopathic medical school.
